    watch case

    Beautiful piece. I haven't figured out how to open the inner case yet - worried I'm going to damage it. Not sure what I'm going to store in it yet but I love it. Well worth the price.

    The watch case should have a tiny slot along the seam where the back cover is attached to the the case. A small blade inserted and twisted in the slot should release the back; it is replaced by lining it up and squeezing until it pops back on. If you cannot locate the slot, email us at info@solidoakinc.com, and we will get you a replacement.

    Very disappointed

    I was very disappointed. I usually purchase these small watch cases at a local A.C. Moore but recently they have been out of stock. So I decided to go straight to the source and order from you. When I received my lockets, one was missing the top button in which you push to open it and the other had the button but when I pushed it, it barely opened. Both watch cases were tarnished very badly. The watch cases were never in this shape at A.C. Moore.
    I make jewelry for a living and often get custom orders for these watch cases because I customize them with a metal blank with handstamping & charms. I had a lady waiting on these particular ones from you so I could customize them for christmas gifts that had to be sent over seas. Because both were sent defective, I lost the sale. This was very disappointing to me & my customer. M.A.
