- One long base cord is adorned with five matching knotted pennants, for a unique wall decoration. Suspend it over the sofa, above the headboard, or as a soft touch for an office. Natural wood beads are a contrasting texture to space out the decorative flags. Basic macramé knots are used to create a pleasing, intricate-looking design. And, YOU make it!

I was pleased with this project. The results were good. I was only slightly disappointed that the fringe doesn't turn out nearly as long as the photo. I understand that my knots are probably not as tight and that is part of the reason.
