Very fun. Easy to follow directions
I ordered multiple kits so that I could do this craft with my son and his girlfriend. I finished mine over the course of several days as I found time. Macramé can be a little challenging at first, but the instructions were clear and straightforward with pictures that were very helpful. It was relaxing to tie the repetitive knots. The materials are high-quality, and I love my finished project. NOTE: When my order first arrived, there was one item missing. Their customer service was on it right away. I received the missing item within just a few days. No hassle at all.
Love this! It is beautiful when finished!!
I like this craft, but when I followed the measurements in the instructions the strings were not long enough. So, I started over, dividing the amount of string I had remaining into the number of strings I needed. I think if I had done this at the beginning it would have worked out better. As it was I barely had enough and it looks a little rough.
Sorry to learn you were not 100% happy. This is not a comment we have seen before, that the measurements given were too short. Certainly, variations in knot tightness can affect the length of rope needed. Glad you managed a workaround!
I broke both wrists in December, so instead of severe pain-inducing traditional physical therapy, my doctor gave his okay to complete small macrame projects. I bought the Celtic braid design to make for my son’s 31st birthday, as he loves his Irish/Celtic heritage. It was easy to complete (probably helped that I learned some basics over 40 years ago) & turned out quite nicely. My son was proud of it & promptly hung it up on his wall in his apartment!
That is great! Glad you are on the mend, and are able to be creative with your rehab!!!!
