I was disappointed when I opened the package these were shipped in. I ordered three different colors, and all of them were muddy, not the vibrant colors shown on the Etsy listing. In addition, all of the ribbons were rolled like a tube; it looked as though they had been rolled pulled out of the dye and shipped as they were. I could probably have flattened them out by ironing them, but given the muddy colors, it really didn’t seem worth it. I love the concept, but the product needs some work.
We are always sad when someone is disappointed in the items they purchase from us! As we no longer sell on Etsy, we are curious about the mentioned listing? Most people have been very satisfied with the colors and saturation on our silk ribbons. We have offered a refund if Alix wishes to return them.
