Doesn't stay latched overall not that happy

Sorry you aren't happy! Please give us a chance to improve the situation. Two solutions: 1. email info@solidoakinc.com and ask for a replacement 2. if you have a small craft pliers, you can tweak the shape of the wire clasp to make it a bit tighter.
