We start with glass seed beads in a rich, transparent emerald green, and accent them with cut crystal beads for a star and some ruby red ornaments, plus jewelry-quality glass pearls in red and gold for ornaments in classic Christmas colors. We add a twist: you form a coil with the high-quality craft wire, and simply string the beads on to create a spiral design tree. The wire gives some freedom to the shape, but the included brass tube supplies a stable "trunk" for each tree.

This DIY kit has all the materials you need to create heirloom quality beaded ornaments that will easily be the highlight of any tree or window. This kit makes four ornaments, as pictured - one each with gold pearl, red pearl, ruby crystal, and mixed color bead "ornaments."

Each kit includes:

Cute Ornaments

Although the ornaments were small, they came together very easily, especially for someone who has not done beadwork prior to this! The only negative is that there are several beadworking tools that I did not know I needed until I opened the kit.
