    one of the crosses had an opening in the back

    Issue with openings in the back of the cross which cause them to slip out of the elastic cording. This has been a problem in the past. I noticed a drop of glue or resin on the back of most of the crosses this time which seals up this opening

    If a product is defective, such as a cross charm with an incomplete loop, we are always willing to replace it! We try to produce and ship great items that are free of defects, but if a mistake happens, we want very much to make it right. Just let us know!
