With this macrame design, we are inspired by and honor the tradition and meaning of the Dreamcatcher, a protective talisman whose origin is generally attributed to the Native American Chippewa tribe. In our kit, thin macrame cord is used to knot the delicate web that forms a crescent moon, while thicker cord is used for the decorative chevron design below the hoop, and for the soft tassel. Kit includes: natural color cotton cord (90% cotton, 10% recycled fiber) in two thicknesses, a sturdy metal hoop, and clear, illustrated step-by-step instructions including details for knots used. All you need for tools will be scissors and a measuring stick - and, of course, your own pleasant dreams. Finished size approx. 10 in. x 32 in. (25 cm x 82 cm).

This was my first project and while I found it to be a little challenging, it was so much fun! My end result wasn't perfect, but I felt like I got better the farther along I went! I will definitely be completing future kits!

Moon Dreamcatcher

The Moon Dreamcatcher was the third kit I have ordered. The kits are so easy to follow, very well written instructions. I also have done the American Flag kit and the Flower kit. Have loved them all. ❤️ I will definitely order more kits from Solid Oak.

These kits are great!

I made this for a baby shower and the theme was moons. The mom to be loved it and several others want to order one. LOL. The instructions are easy to understand. It came out great! I actually sewed fairy lights on it for a cute night light.
