Quality

I love the color and content detail are great with good locking mechanism and nice for a pocket watch but not for a locket -- too large. I will still keep for a gift.

Large silver watch case

I regularly purchase this watch case along with the bronze finished case to embellish and sell in my Etsy shop.To be honest, I'm not terribly impressed with this watch; it doesn't feel as solid as the bronze case and the silver finish is a bit too tinny for my taste. However, I continue to get orders for these watches and have never received a complaint therefore, I continue to offer them for sale in my shop.

The watch cases are offered in three different plating finishes: antiqued imitation gold, ant. im. silver, and ant. im. copper. Other than color and some aspects of the engraved detail, all three are the same size and weight. We're glad to learn that you are successfully using some of our pieces for your Etsy shop!

So much fun!

I absolutely adore the silver watch case. It is a great weight, and really easy to work with. I pieced a tiny quilt block into it for fun. My son has a collection of vintage pocket watches and likes this piece, too. He keeps tiny origami in it.

Could Have Been Made Less Sensitive

The first day I got it i was washing my hands and i didn't dry them completely and i held the locket for about a minute and when i looked at it the locket had a water mark outlined in black on the front, but i cleaned it off with a dry paper towel but it took at least 20 minutes to do so, and dont be afraid to scratch it with the paper towel over fingernail but i would recommend keeping it away from the water. But it is still a very good quality product and recommend it to everyone
